The Blue Gin bar in the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel is a trendy, upscale bar offering both indoor and outdoor seating - with tremendous views!! We opted to sit outside with the panoramic oceanfront view, which was perfect for catching the sunset. We went for some tipples and light bites, ALL of which were amazingly delicious. I could not resist having the foie gras (which I devoured) and the Spicy Monkey cocktail (with Monkey 47 Gin, exotic juice, passionfruit coulis, vanilla syrup and chilli)! Overall it was a great experience, although the service was a little slow considering it was not at a super busy time - It didn’t take away from the amazing experience, but just something to keep in mind if you are pressed for time.

Abysmal. We had a 5 star experience at the restaurant next door & thought we'd finish the night with a cocktail. We were ignored when we walked in, despite the inside part of the bar being mostly empty. We took a table inside, near the bar, which was central. After trying to get the waitresses attention for about 10 minutes, I finally caught her eye, despite her walking past us multiple times, empty handed. I asked her for a menu, then, after 20 minutes of waiting, and the same waitress walking past our table again multiple times again, we gave up and left. I'm sure I'll get a generic, copy-paste apology below but we will never be back again.

Great place with great view. Very pleasant staff and magician tricks were amazing. Only bad side is that shisha staff are offering free shishas on them and put it on the bill later, but manager was super friendly and solved the issue. Other than that is 5/5

Excellent place. Shisha and ice cream was fantastic. Great views across the ocean. Prices were sensible for Monaco. Was not crowded, and staff were taking sensible precautions due to coronavirus. Would highly recommend.

Probably the most expensive burger I’ve ever bought in entire life & on a scale of 1 to 10 I’d give it a 2 !! the meat was bland the cheese was tasteless the chips were over salted - very poor indeed !! The usual french I don’t give a fxxx attitude when i brought it up to the manager. There was a time when you could really count on French food being a cut above the rest unfortunately I’ve had better meals out of a chuck wagon.

Great view/deco, superb ambiance with a talented Dj, mind blowing magician tricks, friendly staff and super efficient manager make this place One of the best spot in Monaco! Thank you to all!!
